The breadcrumbs it had at page top (at least as configured at last job) meant that if someone shared me a folder I generally could figure out how to find it again on my own without having to start clicking at random crap on the page trying to figure out how to unhide the folder path; something that's not true of my current employer's Google Drive.

Oh goodness, it seems that the point of it is to use it solely for the purpose that it wasn't intended for in the first place and I keep preaching to the zombies they call management that just because it can be used for something doesn't mean it should be used, but of course they know best!
