That if you get an loading error in Chrome and it says it is unable to find the IP address for the DNS server of the site, continuously clicking the "Reload" button would actually cause it to be loaded.
Happens with CodeProject (and a bunch of other websites) and this works all the time! Not sure if my ISP is the problem, DNS cache is the problem, or Chrome does it itself, but this is something that I just figured—I am sure you guys would have already figured this one out.

DNS problem most likely at your ISP - sounds their DNS server machine underpowered.
generally one should avoid using your ISP for DNS anyway.
try 1.1.1.1 and secondary 8.8.8.8 - usually these have best response times.
test these in your PC, if works OK then those in your router so your phones etc can benefit too.

Learned it this weekend and it's amazing. If you don't know what it is, go to youtube and give it a try.
Serve with garlic-honey. For Sander; works equally amazing with (salted) tofu, and people will say it "tastes like chicken".
*) Everything in the title means "chicken". You can substitute it with bananas, but then it will taste bananas. Meaning, not like chicken. Still good, but not great. Great requires using chickens, not bananas.
..or tofu, marinated in chicken-broth to give it some taste.
