Ah well, your approach is wrong,
you must kill the users first
disposing is optional, but suggested as a means to make it less likely the police will catch you, but even then finally they will get you no matter how hard toy try to avoid it, unless you goto another country but even then you might crash on the way out.

After I went to work in Germany I put this poster up in my office but they didn't seem to get the joke!
