Well, I finished the WPF version of Anagrams, but I don't care enough to go through the process of writing an article about it... I wish we could just dump code here and say "Here it is - get it if you want to"...

Hi John,
I wonder why you could not just zip up the solution, and provide a link to the code on DropBox, or whatever "Cloud" solution you use. Post the link in Tips/Tricks ? In "Free Tools" ? On the WPF forum ?

Not sure if that section still exists but there used to be a Free Tools section where you could post stuff without source/article if it helped devs in any way. In your case you could possibly provide the source too to make up for it not being a dev tool.
