Success measured by the amount of praise from grandma and grandpa.
In the words of grandpa: "The best trip so far!"
In the previous years we've cruised the Danube and the Rhine, this year we did the Mosel.
Mountains, grapes, wine, castles, and picturesque villages.
The youngest person after me was twice my age and the oldest was more than three times my age 
I still had a good time with some books and the beautiful surroundings though.

The 4th, 5th and 6th pictures are all from Trier.
They're the Aula Palatina (old throne room), Porta Nigra, and cathedral respectively.
Trier is the oldest city in Germany and even was a Roman capital for a while!
Needless to say, Trier is worth visiting

Been in Trier too some years ago, apart from the Porta Negra I have fond memories of the McDonalds over there !

Me too, I didn't go so it's the best McDonalds out there, together with all the other McDonalds I never visited

I have the code, but I haven't decided which version of VS to install on this new system. Used to using 2010, but might go newer.

I've got both VS 2010 and 2017 installed, but prefer 2010 for the speed. I'm mostly targeting 4.0 anyway.
