I am pointing out that the made up , example "answer", did not contain

I have been putting up with the above attitude , "answers" posted by a person signing as "software engineer of company X ".
Posted by a person who is getting paid by the company X.
I quit responding to this (jerk) , however, in today's world business GENERALLY react ,
respond to negative review.
Should I send one to the company X?
I prefer NOT , I assume "they" do not care.

I found a long time ago, if someone is uphappy they want everyone aound them to be unhappy.
They cause a scene because they want you to react. If you don't react they will eventually move on to someone else.
The internet just makes it easier for them to reach out and touch someone.
If you can't find time to do it right the first time, how are you going to find time to do it again?

The rest of my message was my opinion and a explanation of why you get more answers like that than other users of the site.
And here more personal opinion from my side:
In every post I have read from you, I feel some kind of "fighting" / "arrogant" tone in the message. I can only remember two posts of you where nobody told you something in the lines I have told you.
If you pay that much attention as you suggest, you should already know that two of the things that trigger most people here are: lazyness and disrespect.
It is not enough to "ask a question", you should transmit that you have alredy put effort trying in your own too, at best explaining what you have done to avoid "repetitions that bring no additional value" in the answers you get.
And some other things, that I would tell, but I won't because I suppose you don't want to hear it and I doubt that it really help in the situation, so I will spare my energy.
But instead of all that, you usually keep all posts in a tone of personal attack, you against the world and similar impressions. Do not get surprised if the "empathy" or "sympathy" of the people remain low in the interaction with you. One harvests what one seeds.

It could be that they are an employee or that they are just claiming to be an employee.
Larger companies generally will not put up with that.
Smaller companies might or might depending on if it is an employee and what kind of employee.

Again, from experience - companies generally do not monitor "their" forums.
But they get bent out of shape with public negative comments.
Hence nothing new here - it is still customer's fault because the customer has
to write the review , but by choice.
I call this "abuse of technology" - when I got rotten stuff from my local grocer
I did not have to write review then...

What I can suggest is to put your posts through ChatGPT and give it context. ChatGPT will do a great job in rewording anything that you write. For example:

The benefit is that you can write the nastiest post to get whatever it is to get it off your chest and ChatGPT will write what is needed. This is the more modern method of writing the one you want to send, then delete it, then write the one that needs to be sent. Chat GPT just makes the process quicker. It is quite amusing to see the changes made...
FWIW, I like to use:

Firstly, your example sucks..you can do better. If you ask such trivial questions on a professional forum, of course you are going to get flamed.
Secondly, I have reviewed your activity here and noticed that out of 10 questions asked, you marked none as answered/solved, even the ones you answered yourself.  Furthermore, I saw none of the 'attitude' you describe and have to assume that you are complaining/ranting here about your experience at another site/forum.
Thirdly, the occasional rant is OK, but too many and you sound like a whiner, especially if it involves acting butt hurt. Additionally, you need to tone down the sarcasm. Well directed sarcasm/wit is appreciated but not when it's directed at the community. Example:

I mentioned in a thread a few weeks ago I had acquired a Mediasonic HFR2-SU3S2 PRORAID 4-bay external enclosure, and was dismayed at the performance (2.5MB/s over USB3, 5MB/s over eSATA) with a RAID-5 configuration.
There was mention that RAID-5 has significant overhead over other types of RAID. Someone suggested to try RAID-10. I'm "losing" an additional drive worth of space (compared to RAID-5), but with RAID-10, as I'm writing this, performance is currently holding steady at ~100+ MB/s (vs 5, at best).
It blows my mind that performance would be that much different. There's overhead, and then there's 20x slower throughput. The system is otherwise identical - same drives, same enclosure, same cables, same system it's connected to.
This is with full-disk VeraCrypt encryption. Without encryption, RAID-10 showed spikes of up to 160MB/s (but generally holding steady at 120-130MB/s). I'm okay with that.
If there's something else to blame, I'm not seeing it. But right now, I have little choice but to say RAID-5 is a killer when it comes to write operations. Again, I knew you don't get any of that for free, there's some overhead, but I never expected it to reach that level.
If I've reached the wrong conclusion, then I'm wrong. I just see nothing else to blame right now.
And I'm a much happier camper. This is usable.

I just found this site: RAID Performance Calculator - WintelGuy.com
I can't comment on its accuracy, but it suggests that a RAID-5 made of 4 drives each doing 170 MB/S (A WD-Blue SATA 4TB drive is rated up to 185 MB/s) and 90% write (assuming you're doing a backup ...) you should be seeing 183 MB/s for RAID-5 and 357 (!) MB/s for RAID 10. Now eSATA should be able to handle up to 600 MB/s, so something is not right. Does the manufacturer have a help site you could consult? Maybe a user/support group out there somewhere. Maybe it's just a sucky RAID implementation, all round. I'd at least check the manufacturers Web site to see if there's a firmware update that might solve things.

Re-read my first message. It's now performing well within acceptable range (to me) using RAID-10. I'm not going to re-try RAID-5.

I'm the person who suggested going to RAID-10 for both safety and speed. The fact that RAID-5 was so slow tells me that there is no hardware support on that enclosure for the RAID-5 calculations and it was being done entirely in software.

I'm guessing it was a poor RAID-5 implementation.
Do note also that I've installed zero software for this, so the parity computation still has to be done by something in the enclosure, and not the CPU of the system it's connected to...
