You are correct and make a great point. However, in the case of all of my family's PCs, we bought the least expensive laptops we could find, immediately cloned the HDDs, copied them to smaller (because of cost) SSDs and replaced.
When we did the clone to SSD work, the new drives are so much smaller (500 GB to 120GB and 1TB to 500GB) that the recovery drives were lost since they wouldn't exactly fit. That's not a great explanation but the free cloning software thought the other partitions (recover) wouldn't fit so we just left them behind. That's what has driven me to get the new USBs.

When I was a kid, I saved some money for a few months to buy a telescope (it was the time when my class was being taught about Galileo and Copernicus). I used to look at the moon, every full moon. Not much but it was wonderful. I still dream about buying a big telescope for my house.

Still drinking though the diet has had o change somewhat. Diabetes f***ing up and I'm down from 88kg to 82kg. Never been above 98kg and at 188cm it was never fat let alone obese. Faarrrkkkk you diabetes.
Work is work, not enough of it but that happens when you work for yourself. Kids are soon 21 and 18, youngest sits her HSC in 2-3 weeks.

Years and years ago (reckon it was 2000) I added HTML tags to make my name Bold and Italic. Some other Muppet came along and used my name (OK so it might be theirs too) and Maunder (another Muppet) didn't program in stripping of tags when comparing for unique Display Names.
So a few weeks/months ago I start having layout issues and the pop-ups for the for users. To fix up nd turn off I had to change my Settings. Low and behold I cannot keep my name in any format. Maunder fixes it for me but doesn't give me Bold or Italic.
So I wanted to add something that would pass the filter but piss them off. They either like it or hope I'll go away.
Might have to change it to see if any one has seen my lady bits and see how it goes down.

If you do that, make sure you replace them with glides of some sort (ex cheapest on Amazon[^]); the wheel base isn't designed for contact with the floor and risks scratching the crap out of it even if it's tall enough to keep the cylinder from touching down.
