"We are sorry to inform you that your experience does not match with our criteria. We are looking for 10 years experience in Android development"
I am sorry. But I still hate HR department even after a decade of professional life.

Hi,
I understand exactly how mad you are. I had the same experience in arround 1980.
I've a degree in maths and physics. Ended up designing Building Services,(Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning). running contracts, ( learned All sorts of legal stuff) ended up in consultancy, getting handsumly paid as engineering expert for insurance cases.

Reminds me of an ad I saw once that demanded 5 years of experience in some product that had only existed on the market for 2 years.
The only way it seemed to be qualify is:
A) Have been on the product design and development team
B) Lie
Based on stories I've heard, B is the usual solution.

That was really popular when .net launched. C#? That like C++ with the plus signs mixed together right? We need somebody 7 years experience with that.

Yep, same as when .net was new -- they wanted at least two years professional experience.

It's a multi-dimensional, time-travelling company, obviously. From what I suspect, you're just a regular earthling born in the 20th century who hasn't yet put down a down payment on his first time machine.
What you need to do is have your future self loan you his time machine, travel back to 2008 for the initial Android release, work until the present, then time travel back to 2008 again and work for a competing company that puts your previous self's company out of business, causing a paradoxical time anomaly that can only be remedied by working as a "Mobile App Consultant" for whatever the job posting company was.
With that in mind, HR's request seems reasonable.

Well, there are some possibilities here:
1) The number "10" is written in binary.
2) It's a test to see how you react when confronted with frustrating situations.
3) They have a secret robotics laboratory where they are building actual androids.
