Just purchased a new HP all-in-one for my better half. While setting up her Windows 8 account we got presented with the following wonderful CAPTCHA[^] which perhaps gives some insight into what Microsoft really thinks about Windows 8. I spent the next half an hour laughing.
Incidently on hitting next the installation then crashed with an error saying the "Installation has failed" - leaving me to agree somewhat with Microsoft's opinion. The computer rebooted automatically after the error and restarted the install process from scratch (somewhat annoying). When it got to setting up the account it would not let me use the same online account that I had just set up since it said it was "already in use on this computer"  . I had to create another account and use it to complete the setup.
If Microsoft can't get a simple OEM install of Windows 8 to work without issues like this then I do despair somewhat about the future for Windows 8.

At least it looks pretty. 
My plans so far are to skip win 8, I'm not sure if I can get away with it though.

That was a photo of the screen - I couldn't believe it. I guess they filter CAPTCHA for obscenities - but not for something like that. When I tried to actually type the CAPTCHA it rejected me. I don't know if that was because it was so long before I completed it (I had to show everyone in the house first) or because I inadvertantly corrected their spelling

Just goes to show someone has a sense of humour in the install team.

I hear you, you are saying that the captcha does not fit with the Metro style UI right? too many curves...even the font selection is wrong. Yeah I agree.
