Please don't. These interminable "voting" posts are becoming tedious.

Indeed. Chris must be sick and tired of hearing the same whinge about the lack of voting. It will be back when it's back, and no amount of moaning will bring it back any sooner.

I couldn't resist that time. But I do appreciate the time that has gone into building this site.
In all honesty I am more intrigued with the up and coming release rather than the points as I can't trade them in

Same here (unless the new feature is that you can trade your points in for money, in which case I'm extremely interested).

If that was the case I would be so gutted.

*YOU'RE* Interested!
I'd be seriously impressed! And very, very happy over Christmas...
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.

My activity level in Q and A would go through the roof.

Apologies Pete, for bringing this up when many others already have.
It was moaning till a few days ago. Now its more like yearning.

I'd downvote you if I could.

So? If the voting is fixed, they will end and you can go back to sleep...

Not been reading this forum long how did you used to vote ?
There was a voting bar beside the Report option. That let you vote from 1 to 5, with 1 being poor and 5 being good.
I'm clearly going to fit in here - where's the Report option ?

Sorry, the Report option may depend on you having been active here for a while. It's at the bottom right hand corner of the active post. If you can't see it, don't worry.

Hi Pete, thanks for your time, is *active* measured in the amount of posts made or login times ? I think it must be posts as I've been lurking here for some time

Ironically, it's down to reputation. Answer some questions. Write some articles. You'll soon rack up the points.
