GeneralWho ate my spring-roll? Pin

Remember this?[^] from 21st August (or August 21st if you're American)

Well during the feeding frenzy a spring-roll type thing was dropped and rolled under the desk next to mine, right at the back.

We decided to leave it there as a sort of test.

It hadn't moved in the intervening weeks, worryingly it looked exactly the same as the day it went down there.

Now we are expecting a new carpet in the office sometime soon, and speculation was mounting as to the spring-roll afterwards.

Would they lift it, fit the carpet and replace, or would they simply lay the carpet over the top?

Well now we'll never know.

I came in this morning and half of it has been eaten.

But eaten by whom, or what?
Every man can tell how many goats or sheep he possesses, but not how many friends.
