Condolences.
We had six cats at home at a point of time - three generations of them. Sadly, one by one, all of them succumbed to the road traffic in front of our house. I know how it feels to lose loved cats.

One of the saddest moments of my life was when I unintentionally caused to the death of a young kitten. It's not a pleasant experience.
My condolences.

It never gets any easier to say goodbye to a cat.
They leave such inappropriately large holes in your life.
My condolences to you all - but I'm sure it was for the best for Lulu.

Zac, I'm sorry to hear that. My wife and I have said farewell to some much loved companions ourselves. They leave a big space. We usually fill the space ours leave by getting more!

So do we.
I think computer viruses should count as life. I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. We've created life in our own image.

You have my sympathies . We had to do the same with our cat Raphael, who was 15, about six months ago. I still have a picture of him as the wallpaper on my phone . It shows him in a characteristic pose: laying upside down on my daughter's school books, waiting for someone to pet him.
