The problem of nuclear attach is different now (at least for the USA.) In the 80's it was a government that you could target (more or less) but now if a terrorist group used one we do not have a distinct retaliation location.

Yep, it was a lot different, and I had a great job designing and managing the development of a bunch of factory and field test equipment to diagnose and certify the newest Trident D-5 SLICBM for the US Navy. That was in 1983, and Special Bulletin[^] was one of the scariest things I'd ever seen. Though the broadcast was interrupted every ten minutes to remind viewers that it was only fiction, people still panicked and called TV stations airing it, as well as emergency services. It was a scary time, and there was a commie under every rock. In fact, in my line of work, you could spot the Soviet spies, and their FBI watchers in the airports we frequented; they really were everywhere.

In order to add my bit to preventing as many of us as possible from wasting any time coding, I accidentally thought of a new word game last night - (possibly related to my getting on wrong train and watching my connection pull out of the station.)
It's an adaption of anagrams, but more restrictive. Find a word that can have it's letters rearranged into another word. One-word to One-word only. Ideally, the two can be made to actually mean something when juxtaposed (with such awful punning going on in a supposedly KSS forum, that should be easy)
Examples:
