A few years back I had a mole cut off in my armpit to be sent away for testing (no cancer... yay). They cauterised it with a hot poker, and blow me down if we don't smell like pork crackling when singed!! Put me off pork for a good few minutes!!

I have Skype on 3 computers, my Dev PC, my laptop, and my wife's PC. The laptop collects dust most of the time. My wife NEVER uses Skype. I use it all day long.
It used to be that I would only pay as I needed. $10 a month would suffice. I'd use it up, add more, go on.
Starting in March I am now getting automatically charged 3 times a month, which I assume is because I have 3 installations. The charge states "Auto-recharge on low balance."
Problem is, I only use Skype on 1 pc. 2, I didn't turn on auto charge.
Anyone else seeing this?

I have a Skype phone number account, so I pay something like $30 per year for unlimited US/Canada calls and incoming phone. No problems for the last several years. I use the same Skype account on all of my computers, as well as my cell phone.
Are you using the same Skype user name on all three computers?

To avoid confusion, you should probably have specified, that you only get charged when you use it for calling phone numbers through Skype.
I have not experienced what you are describing, but I only use the phone calling feature on one PC and I have not stored the credit card information for adding minutes.
It is possible that the last time you manually added minutes, they had the "Auto-recharge" checkbox checked by default. You know, to "help you".
I have no idea how much money you actually spend on this, but maybe you want to do what I do and sign up for the Bing rewards program. You get points for searching through Bing and those points can be redeemed for things like Skype credit.
I don't know if it is worth doing for you - I admit to having become a "search addict" (actually most of the time, I just click repeatedly on the Related Searches until I reach the daily limit).

This video[^] inspired me to go looking for a camera to mount under my heli. It's the same model as the one in the video, so that's not the problem, but I'm not quite sure which camera to buy.
- The GoPro is a bit too expensive to use as additional landing gear in a hard landing. Something a little cheaper might be wise.
- Between the landing skids the GoPro looks like a brick. Some more cylindrical helmet camera may fit in better.
- How do I keep vibrations low and get an acceptable video quality?

On the Muvi there is a start and stop record button - so it would probably not be too difficult(he says never having done it himself) to either rig up a servo to the button or connect into the circuit that the button completes.

Am I the only person more curious if the other fainter dots flickering between frames are noise that wasn't processed out or asteroids crossing the field of view than about the actual target?
