On a similar note, if I had a penny for all the people I wanted to strangle for calling me an "Autistic Idiot" and/or that I would "Never do anything in life" I would have about $10,000.

another - quite more unimportant - Thing that attracted my Attention is the fact that you´re also using the dark theme in visual Studio!
it´s quite more comfortable for my eyesight. staring +8 hours at a White Background is driving my Retina nuts...

So Yesterday we had the big reveal on the new dashboarding software I have been creating and working on for like 9 months. It is awesome. It is going to save 40 people about 10 hours a month in tedious work and it is extremely fast. Gets everything in the upper bees hands immediately. Everything everyone ever wanted.
So we were demoing the new system and the integration to my boss, his colleague and a couple co-workers of them. and the Bus Analyst who has been helping me.
All we got was, in a monotone voice was one and I mean one 'it looks pretty good.'
Seriously?

I could imagine that it was just too early for them to fully appreciate it. A demo is still somewhat abstract to a user. Wait a couple of weeks to allow them to get used to it and recognize that it really helps them and if they haven't got back to you by themselves then, drop them a line asking about their experience with it. I guess you'll get better feedback then

How about practicing at inspiring people during presentations?
One or both of two things could have been the reason for the apathetic response:
0: The product was uninspiring, and the audience was falling asleep.
1: The presentation was uninspiring, and the audience was falling asleep.
There's more to presenting than just presenting stuff, and a lot of it is worth learning.
