But for code, I use the much superior Whitesmiths layout.

I put that in my sig especially to annoy you  mission accomplished! Whitesmiths is the one I like less, I find it too dirty (too many lines with only a symbol and no meaning) and too hard to regognize blocks.
After much tinkering with indent styles I settled on 1TBS and the occasional Stroustroup functions-on-a-line (even if after some time I usually refactor it on a pure 1TBS).

Just get Wireshark/Fiddler on the go, MITM yourself (they use HTTPS) and figure it out that way. Then write any UI you want.

I would hope that the URL parameters, JSON, request body, whatever, would be encrypted and also have some sort of authorization token associated with it! It is, like you said, HTTPS!
