There are three things (well, not just) I'm checking when I'm buying a car.
- That it has a real spare
- That I can change the bulbs myself without major disassembly
- That it's not French or an Opel/Vauxhall

Better than the sound of eeeeaaaaawwwweeeeeesssscccrrrrr - which is probably the sound my car made when some git put three 60cm lines of green paint on it and dented the wheel arch when they tried to park next to my 8 week old white car at the weekend.

Same thing for me over a week ago. The tire had a huge hole in it. Had to get towed. Took over 3 hours. If I'd had a real spare, 10 minutes.

Yeah, those sealants don't do much good when you run over a piece of angle iron, and it slices your tire in half.
