As per this thread[^], RelativeOrAbsolute would always return true.  In their case, ddddd was true also.  Try against, UriKind.Absolute.

I have been a geek for Windows for quite a time, but this update is just making my eyes burn (no control over desktop brightness). I am not able to even check what is causing this problem, both Windows options for brightness are showing it to be low where as it is still high as kcuf! Not just that, I ran a security check and after 10 minutes it just scanned 55 files, dang. I got Inspiron 5547 (i7 4510U, 16 GB memory, 2 GB graphics) and still it happens. It is operating system, for granted!
Maybe, (someone from CodeProject I don't remember who, maybe Pete) was right, Microsoft has been releasing products with many bugs, dressed well bugs.
Many updates missing for my hardware drivers, which were perfect when I was running Windows 8.1. I am counting on myself before I click to Restore to Windows 8.1 button. I have another option to fill up the QA with homework posts of, "How to set brightness in C++".
Windows is running fine, operations are operational, I can see that mouse on the screen and um, oh yeah there's Cortana. Heck.
Anyone up with a Windows 10 joke, serious joke, I'm gonna blow with aggression here. 
Disclaimer: Message is valid only until I find a solution to my brightness, speed and a few other problems in my machine. After that, Windows 10 is the best Windows on planet

Any unrecognized device in Device Manager?
My first-gen Surface Pro felt like I was staring at the sun until Windows 10 found / downloaded / installed drivers for it. Otherwise, no matter what setting I picked, I had no control over the screen brightness.
FWIW, it happened automatically - I hadn't even gotten around to look for them yet.

I just started using Android Studio (AS). I work on a somewhat antiquated machine and so do not have any hardware accelerator on the motherboard. As a result, I use the Nexus_4_API_22 emulator that's available in AS.
I do not know who designed the emulator (if designed at all). It is filled with craplets! It displays a close-to-real-life display of an Android phone, with all of the bells and whistles - everything you'd expect to see on a smartphone device - but nothing I need for the simulation of my app.
All I need is something like the Microsoft device emulator that I used during the development of software for the MC65/75 Motorola mobile computer. It was sleek. It was targeted at the developer. No bells. No whistles. No craplets! And relatively fast loading.
Does anyone know of an emulator for the Android that is something like the Microsoft device emulator?
Oh, and it has to be free.

The best test is a direct test on a device. You can very easily debug directly on the device using USB or even on a network with ADB.

Edit: Once you start the adb, Android studio will automatically recognize the connected device and on start/debug it will show the connected device in the list where you can run/debug your app.
It doesn't get any easier.
