I hate video tutorials!
I know read! I understand schemas and code of 10 languages.
If I need simple solution for an ordinal trouble ( 3 lines of a code or 5 lines of a text) why I must see 10 minutes of bad sound unfocussed video?

I have to agree - they are mostly garbage, and worse you can't copy and paste code from them!

I agree too. I am just doing som Flash stuff (animating in flash) from Lynda.com - while it is great to see the animations being done, having to continually stop the video to try out the stuff is a pain - and there's only a 10 second 'go-back because I missed something' button.
Although at least with Lynda there is a transcript I can read.
What I find really, really annoying is when something happens on screen, the author makes no mention but, if you listen carefully, he's pressed a key to change mode or something. V frustrating when you're following along & it doesn't do what the version on the video is doing!
The ideal is a mix of text, images, animations, video - so I can read the instructions, information and background, watch it being done if I want, and see simple images or videos of what is to be achieved, if I want.
I have noticed that the younger generation (whipper snippers that they are) go straight for a video tutorial, though - probably because they're too flamin' lazy to read, though!~
Still - I have just managed to animate a waving flag - so it isn't all bad

I made it on virtual film...But abandoned when understood how bad I am with all this video thing - now I try to find the time to write it in plain English, without over-acting it...

Do you mean whipper snappers? A whipper snipper is used to do the edges of the lawn.

This is how we really are, may be because we have been reluctant to read any kind of written stuff since we're children.
And may be because we have been taught that pictures(videos these days) say more than words.

Well, I'm still using windows 7 pro in my laptop, it works well, but I've noticed that I'm loosing HDD space progressively.
Today I've seen a new folder in my C:\ root named $Windows.~BT.
It looks like this has to do with Windows 10 update.
I'll be ready to update in one month or so, but not now, and my problem is that now I do have only 6 GB of free space in my main disk and this folder is taking around 7GB itself...
I guess that those 7GB have been downloading little by little on the background...
My question is: can I move that folder to my secondary HDD without starting to download everything again? is there any way to ask politely the system to stop trying to download windows 10 until I'm ready for it?

When you update KB3035583 on your OS and 'reserved' yourself a copy of Windows 10, you actually agreed to download it to your computer to make it ready for installation...As you have a full year for free windows 10 it was a bit unnecessary...
Try this:
1. Remove KB3035583 via Windows Update
2. Clear the remaining folders
As you are on Windows 7, where KB3035583 is optional, you will be able to install it whenever you ready, or just do the install manually (from internet or DVD)...

You may had configured your Windows 7 to get optional updates the same as recommended...In that case the update was installed and activated in one run...

Interestingly, this just got picked up by the automated spam detector - I approved it - so it may be that they are getting marked as spam from there.

The automated Spam Detector certainly doesn't down vote posts, as my messages have been.
With enough down votes, I think my name flags a red alert for the Spam Detector.

So you are Ben and your product is successful you have mass distribution and tv spots throughout the 60s and 70s then WHAM! Your product name becomes basically slander in some circles, spam on CP and well all that it is today.
Maybe old Ben can twist it all to his marketing advantage.

It's even worse in Dutch... Ben gay literally means "Am gay" and gay only has one meaning here and it isn't "happy" 
I never heard of it by the way.
