The only interaction we've seen was between VC6 and eVC4, but unless you're doing something pretty exotic with add-ins you aren't likely to run into it. Also, CSC is bit smarter that you need not mention the standard assemblies in the r switch right? When we try VBC, I think it makes a bit more complex anyway. We have some major problems with using VS2005 for add-in development, and the two issues together are causing us some real headaches. Vista gave an initial warning about the issues that it has with VS2003, but I have been running it under the administrator setting and it has been behaving itself sofar.
