In a C#.net web form 2010 application, I can not find some *.aspx files that the site map is looking. I want to look into other options before I tell my company I am missing some *.aspx pages.

Thus are there ways to rename an *.aspx file to something else? This way the user would not be aware of the real *.aspx page?

For example in the web.config file I know you can do something like the following:
<add url="~/Start.aspx" mappedurl="~/Startuser.aspx">

Are there other options like this? If so, can you tell me and/or point me to a reference that could explain the ways an *.aspx page could be renamed?

Seriously? Just hope there is nothing important on the missing pages. Are they not backed up anywhere? Have you tried to determine if it is, in fact, the sitemap that is incorrect?

Use url mapping into your config file!

XML

<urlMappings enabled="true">
  <add url="~/home" mappedUrl="~/default.aspx" />
  <add url="~/about" mappedUrl="~/about.html" />
  <add url="~/contact" mappedUrl="~/contact.aspx" />
</urlMappings>

you can map your lost page to existing page!

The asp.net site map is not automatic, but created by someone, so the possibility of an error exist.

If your talking about the solution explorer, that's another story.

the missing files may of been dragged and dropped into another folder by accident, and you just don't see them.

That's a Javascript issue, you need to upload an image enough to zoom, and use somthing like a Jquery plugin to serve up the zoom feature.

I think what you need to investigate is the ASP.NET Membership Provider

This is a pretty good article which I have used as a reference:

Do a bit more searching and you will find the scripts necessary to create the membership tables in an MS-Access database.

first of all try to make something!
then after that if you get in trouble and you can't find it in google searches then ask a question!
start from first step!
make a page , with some text box , that give the user information , a button that submit , a table in database!
if you just start it the first question is: how can I access to my database?
this is how question made in your mind!
Just start and then ask question!

Writing an ASP.NET page/app/site/whatever-you-want-to-call-it with a database back end is pretty straightforward. There are tutorials/articles on this site ( use the search tool on this site ).

Hi,

I have following two expressions in my for loop, I don't know how to debug them.

(i = j + k) < 30;

j = (k = j) < 0 ? i : i

These expressions are used in the following for loop

for (int i = 3, j = 0, k = 1; (i = j + k) < 30; j = (k = j) < 0 ? i : i)

What is the o/p of these expressions, I haven't used these type of expressions in my coding. Can anybody please help me, any idea, or link or any example would be greatly appreciable. Please help me I am in need.

Where did you find that weird code for generating a Fibonacci series?
Well, that's what I found when debugging. Why is debugging complicated?

for (int i = 3, j = 0, k = 1; (i = j + k) < 30; j = (k = j) < 0 ? i : i)
{
    System.Diagnostics.Debug.WriteLine(string.Format("i={0}, j={1}, k={2}", i, j, k));
}

Stepping thru it, you'll see that the start value of i can be anything, because it will be set to j+k when the condition for the loop is checked.
And j = (k = j) < 0 ? i : i always does k=j followed by j=i, only written in a way to obfuscate things.
