It's not just abuse, this is fraud, plagiarism. By the way, this account was disabled. I also reported in this forum. And I insisted to ban this "author" based on just one post.
Copyright is totally irrelevant here, it only might help the original author to stand for one's right, but the degree of offense is exactly the same. Saying what you say is nearly the same as saying that killing of an insured person (or a legal citizen, or somebody else — you name it) is a crime, but killing others is just immoral behavior.

Yup, that was me. I tried to explain that don't simply copy-paste without even understanding the answer and simply give link to direct the user to appropriate internet link but in vain. Hence I reported with example.
Good to hear that prompt action was taken and account disabled.

Agree. Thank you for reporting and thus revealing the fraud. By the way, it's funny that someone recently down-voted my comment above, where I have strongly negative assessment of the plagiarism. I make an impression that some member tries to support plagiarism. (Or maybe just misunderstood me, hopefully.)

Yup. Agree. I understand that. It was mere frustation to see nth question yesterday without any details. And I accept that I should have either ignored, reported or added this as comment. Apology for that.
However, the other two are cases of abusing the system of downvoting for no apparent reason for answer which is accepted by OP.
Also, I understand that CP/we can't do much about it except making compulsory to add comment while downvoting an answer accepted as solution by OP. (Not all answer).
But I will leave it to that.

And the question was not a question, totally pointless post — I removed it. I'm curious: if I collect 3 links to such posts and down-voted them withing 5 minutes, will anyone accuse me in immoral behavior? Or I would need to do it in an hour per post, to pretend I was thinking really hard?
What's bad is unmotivated down-votes, but frankly, some posts are so idiotic that just explaining why they are bad would be so displeasing… It's like telling the joke and then explaining it to those who did not get it.

Of course, in absolute majority of cases, having a minimally sane member to talk to (well, only today I met a couple of amazingly insane ones, still tried to explain things, almost patiently, probably in vain), it's important, and is a must.
