Ah Dayboro... lovely area. We looked at several larger properties up at Ocean View and Mt Mee before buying where we are now...
I know someone looking for a labourer at Strathpine tomorrow - you got a construction blue/white card?

Nah, mate. I'm a big girls blouse - I own two tools - one is called a screwdriver and the other a hammer, but I'm blowed if I can remember which is which.
I get confused if someone shows me two spades and asks me to take my pick.
The only reason I go to Bunnings is for the sausage sizzle
I need to work in order to pay people to do all those little jobs that really should be easy but about which I show remarkable incompetence.
(Actually I do have a blue card for working with kids due to my teaching, but I'm not sure that's the sort of blue card you were referring to)

How could he play football?
Unless you wedgedhim in goal.
Oh, you mean American football don't you.
In which case yeah, he could amble his way to the touchline.

Not my fault you guys call it wrong. It's not like you play that game with just (mostly) your feet or anything.
Amble is about right. He could fall forward and take most of the opposing team with him.

On a related note, I know many people here that think American Football should be renamed to something else as it does not use the feet much (unless you count running towards the goal). I have to agree.
I also like to call soccer football, just to confuse the heck out of people who aren't in the know.

The round ballers in Oz are insisting that their game be called football, it competes with Ruby, union and AFL for the name, should have left it as soccer.
US football = tanks on legs maybe.

Time for a football lecture.
Games called football (Association Football (Soccer), Rugby Football, American Football, Australian Rules Football) all share a commen ancestry as a game played with a ball on foot, not with the foot.
Anyone who has witnessed the traditional Shrovetide football that still takes place will see very little contact made between foot and ball.
Australian and Association formed at roughly the same time, when the rules of Association Football were drawn up a number of members left the committee when the ability to hack an opponent was removed from the laws, and the right yo catch the ball and take a mark very nearly made it in too.

Damn that's a big ol boy!
If he's offense just give him the ball, who's gonna stop him?, the whole defense!
If he's defense you better be sure you can outrun him.

It is not difficult to stop them.
The fatal flaw is charging him (upper body), you wont win, need to take the legs, just like rugby......
Hell, i'm only 6' @ 74Kg...I'll take him on.

Take the legs...
...and hope he doesn't come down on top of you.

If you do it right, then he will fall forward and you will be off to the side.
If you do it wrong, well then it's your own fault.....and you will regret it, but learn.

Use the express editions, they are free.
Otherwise if you work for a small business that meets the BizSpark guidelines, you can get VS2013 (and a lot of other MS products) for free.
You can also look at upgrade pricing if you have an earlier version.

Never pay for anything you can get for free.

well... let's see... if you're a student you can get discount pricing... if you're a professional and have an employer, then your employer should pay for it....
Otherwise, yes... it's too damn expensive...
