I flet crap most of last year, I knew it was time to quit, just waiting for an excuse really. I dont supppose I can feel much worse. In fact I feel better alreay, loads more energy for one thing. Red wine isnt affecting me as bad either, I csn have a glass at lunch wothout falling into a comw come 3 in the afternoon.

Anyway, put on weight and had a cough for ages. Also, I quit cold turkey. Just stopped one Thursday afternoon in September. Got in my car and went to light up. Decided I didn't want to do it anymore and have not smoked since. Have never even craved ne and I'm not all that bothered if others smoke around me though I do hate the smell.

Good luck: it's never too late to quit. Except, of course, if you are on your death bed. Not going to help you at that point. Smile | :)

Works well doesn't it? In a few weeks it will be a year since I had a cold, stopped smoking and did not buy any more tobacco since then. Instead, I now spend that money on building and flying model helicopters.

Tobacco was my thing too, roll ups. Still, even when I smoked them I could feel my energy being sapped.

Its a real killer, and owrse than that, its a shadow life. A real waste of time. If you smoke, just do it properly and kill yourself, If not, then live! Smile | :)

OK, part of it is a bit faked, someone is puling the board, but the cat does jump on and off it over obstacles and stuff, which is quite funny.
