It's not that I'm amazed by it, I just think it's stupid that each Country has 1 set of officials representing it. You should have the best referees refereeing the biggest games even if that means having 6 sets of officials from each of Spain, England, Italy and Germany.

That means they are adult and mature.

Maybe an adult is someone who picks up a beautiful woman in a bar only to find out she works for the Russian Mafia and is in very deep trouble. An adult then gets her to safety by having an epic gun battle in an alley, crashing several cars, and finally escaping to a remote Caribbean beach. After making love like sea otters on the shore there is this big confrontation, lots more shooting, and a closing kiss while Miami goes up in a nuclear cloud.
