BillWoodruff23-Jul-14 13:33 BillWoodruff 23-Jul-14 13:33  Hi Chris, "Search within Messages" would be an improvement, for me, but I think it's still not really on-target. imho, one can consider all CP Articles, and their Comments, in theory, as being "threads" in an "implicit meta-forum" that just happens not to have an explicit name, like other Forums. In practice ? ... well my opinion is that CP Members are socialized to perceive Articles as a horse-of-a-unique-breed, and socialized to perceive non-author additions to said Articles as "Comments." When one posts an Article, one does not see the use of "Post a Message." When one wants to add their two-cents/pence worth of blatherskite, or quizzalus/querulous, to an Article, what you see is "Add a Comment or Question;" you don't see "Add a Message." I have "New Discussion" in Discussion Forums and "Add a comment or Question" for articles, so why not two sets of wording for articles and Discussion boards? I wish they would change this because it brings the post back up to the top, which is really annoying. When I try to press Ctrl + right/left, up or down arrows nothing happens. Ctrl + PageUp or PageDown works well. It works that way for articles, blogs and tips as well in the moderation queue. Which means we don't get notified when they think they are responding to our comment or question. And looking at the latest example I can sort of see why. Would it be possible to keep the former above all the existing comments (i.e. just below the question), and move the "Reply" buttons to below the comments?
