I got one of them yesterday, hadn't looked at it until you just reminded me.
My May - July Value Statement;
I enjoy unlimited weekend calls to family and friends.
I tucked into 113 hours of TV channels.
I enjoy superfast broadband with unlimited downloads.
I don't understand that, my missus watches all the soaps every bloody night, she must have racked up more telly time than that. Plus she's off work and so no doubt has Jeremy Kyle or Come Dine With Me on all day every day whilst I'm at work.

Maybe they calculate the TV hours by entertainment -- i.e. there's absolutely no entertainment value in soaps, so they don't count toward the total.

I logged onto my provider (BT) and clicked the "your usage" and it simply popped up a message.
"You are on a totally unlimited package............you have nothing to worry about" or words to that effect.

Somebody mentioned his site on Quora (the question was, "what's the best websites a programmer should visit?" and can you imagine, no one had mentioned Code Project? Well, that's remedied now.)
Anyways, some of Norvig's stuff looks interesting.

He certainly does a good job debunking the myth of "... in 21 days." From what I've perused so far, his other writing is equally well thought out.
