My OnePlus One[^] arrived today and must say I am suitably impressed.... 
The Cyanogen version of Android 4.4.4 is well done, and haven't encountered any problems yet. The OTA update that was released a couple of days ago was also installed and that apparently fixes a number of recent reported bugs.
Committed now, as I cut up my old Sim to convert it into a microsim, so it aint going back in the old phone! Was a bit nervous as never chopped one up before, but it fits just fine. (saved me the hassle of going into town to get a new one from O2)
Well worth the £289 in my views. So those of you who fancy a new phone, I would definitely recommend it, the next pre-order event is 17th November. (I got mine at the last event on the 28th Oct).

Neat! I bought a Galaxy S5 a couple months ago, so I'm going to be sticking with that for a while. But this is definitely something I'll keep my eye on.
Snapping those SIMs is a little freaky the first time you do it. Doesn't look like it could possibly work.

The sim was an ancient one, before the days of the micro or nano, so it didn't have any markers or snap points. I physically marked it using a template and then cut it with a pair of scissors. The original SIM didn't fit nicely in the outline of the template, so the scaling must have been slightly out, so positioned it 'reasonably central' and just hoped for the best.

A few weeks into the boxing gym now, and I'm glad I started. It's a killer workout, and the coach is good about helping me work on stuff. I would like it if we worked on defense more, but it's still been beneficial.
About 5 or 6 months in to the new academy now, and it's also been a very good decision. I'm learning a lot at a pretty good pace.
So with Jeet Kune Do, the new BJJ academy, and now the boxing gym I should be able to perform much better this next year. I'm feeling good about it, and I have till then to get my weight back down to where I want it.

I'd love to find a boxing gym around me. I can't go to a normal gym and just "pick things up and put them down." Feels good, but it just offends my need to be productive.
