How long do I have to wait before MS recognizes that I passed the required tests?
It takes about an hour for the MS Learning web site to catch up when you take the online-proctored exams.

Ya know what amazes me - at my last job, there were a number of individuals who apparently could not hit the urinal they were standing in front of... Simply.F*cking.Amazing. Fully 80% of our male workforce was from India or Pakistan. I'm not saying it was them, but, well, you know, the odds of it being one of the remaining Americans was statistically insignificant...
There were times when it looked like someone had turned to talk to someone behind them with their penile gland in full discharge mode.
