Does "nearly" indicate only the deletion of last alphabet or it can be more than one at the end?
and "At After the first" indicates deletion of first alphabet or more than one from the start?
I was not sure and so I had to come with todays CCC so that it can be true in both situation..

My personal feeling would be that "nearly" is "one or two missing" - any more than that and it's just taking a couple of random letters!

I would normally expect the remaining word after a 'nearly' is applied to closely resembler the original word.
So one character for short words would be all you could usually manage, but more characters for longer words.
I have never heard of 'at the first' indicating deletion of the first letter!

Ah! - that makes more sense! After the first can only mean one character, I think - implied by 'first' being just one letter - although I guess it could refer to more letters if you were being really sneaky!
