The second article appears to be from him ; on the other hand, it contains so many links and things unrelated to the subject of the article that it could be categorized as spam.

This Composite Words using C#[^] uses code lifted directly from softwareandfinance.com[^], which appears to date back until at least 2012.

Given that it only consists of a codedump there is not much else to call the OPs own, especially as even the final comment comes from a Rochester paper[^]
