I was browsing through the "3 open source projects for modern COBOL development" article under the Developer News section. It referenced a book by one Micheal Coughlan. The very one who taught me my first COBOL back in the spring of '87!

Why not? I started out using COBOL. It's not a language I'd choose today, but I learned it and used it for something like the first 5 years of my career.

Why does Visual Studio 2010 (VB) have the Launch Condition underlined in red? and how to fix.
I believe is it related to the .net version. The program has the full .Net 4 profile selected but the launch comes up with a link to the client profile. When changing the launch condition via the dropdown to the full profile the URL does not change.
Shouldn't there be a good explanation for all of this?

Hmm: something up at Arvixe. Taking ages to respond to support tickets and the mail.domain.com server has been down since yesterday. Had an issue with a site a couple of weeks ago and they took over a week to respond!
Think it's time to move everything to Amazon - have enough to do without having to worry about a web host.

I love astronomy and I love these images, don't care if they've been doctored in some way, they represent the most beautiful aspects of our universe. I lament the fact that I will never get the chance to go out there and explore.

Somewhere, I've heard that the micro/nano world resembles the super-macro universe shown here. So, 'looking down an electron microscope' would yield similar images; which means that you're already there - touching and feeling these objects, albeit without directly perceiving them.
