So I restored the articles while the competition is still going then will close them again and disregard the votes it receives. Given the fact that the images on CP are exactly the same as the images on the original russian site the author is most likely the same for both articles - How else could he have translated the image text using exactly the same image without spending a ridicolous amount of time? Typical plagiarizers usually don't spend a lot of time plagiarizing.
