Already a simple "innocent" click on the lingerie ladies picture-ads on a web page haunts me for days (if I forget to clear the cache) by making these ladies appear in some other sites in the ad widgets - when my mates are watching my screens. Throws me to bad blushes! Can't think about the advanced ones

But...just posting your error message with no detail is like calling the garage, saying "my car broke" and putting the phone down. You are going to be waiting a long time for them to arrive where you are (they don't know), with the right parts for your car (which they don't know), to fix a problem you haven't told them about!
So tell us what the problem is: when does it occur? What code is executing? How do you cause it?
Otherwise, you will wait a long time for a helpful reply...

Hey fellow CP'ians,
me and my collegue are currently getting overwehelmed by a bad style of coding by our boss. Therefore i said whe should send him on a training course, but since i am also interested in progressing forward (e.g. learning new patterns and standards) we both thought it would be good if we also visit such a training.
My first question about, hows your opinion about such things, do you go to trainings to improve your self or do you just learn by trying and failing and finally succeeding? And where do you get your information if you are doing it by yourself?
Second is, does anybody know how to find such trainigs? (Would be awesome if some of our german cp'ians would know anything) Cause i googled, but im not satisfied with the results as patterns i wanted to learn and also c# seems not be a big thing?
Any suggestions how to approach that? And also how to tell my boss he can't code?

I see, well actually from our side it's more like getting into new standards, maybe learning the deep tricks of Visual Studio, getting a hand on Design Patterns and ways how to approach to and design a software.
The thing is i can't specify it very precisely. I am quite fresh from university, so i have a huge load of ideas and know some stuff but actually i have no idea how to properly implement an observer. How to design my software even more sustainable and with better performance (i tried threading but i am not pleased with the outcome).
