Constellation was to have been essentially a fan-fiction prequel to events in the original series. It's current status is not this year, and probably not next or any other for that matter after copyright lawyers got very hot under the collar. It does have support from some Star Trek 'family' members but I wouldn't reckon on ever seeing it happen.

Well they've got themselves some nice CGI anyway. Do you think someone should remind them that they need to get some episodes written and some actors cast. Or maybe they're just not going to bother with that now they've got a flashy logo to admire?
