update date in crystal report

i'm using VS 2012 and SQL Server 2012 to make crystal report.

what i want to ask is: how do i make a date field that can update to different date every time i open a crystal report.

example:
when i saved a report on 17 june 2015 the date field show 17 june 2015, when i open the report again on 19 june 2015 the date on the crystal report will change into 19 june.

I believe if you use a formula instead of a fixed value you can set the formula to CurrentDate. Been a while since I used CR though.

You can use the special field "print date" this just shows the current date
