In OpenNLP source code POStag getting error in ListHeap.cs at Extract function as Index out of range.

I copied OpenNLP source code.And started to execute toolexample. Here split and tokenize are working properly but when I started to execute POStag I am getting error in ListHeap.cs in Extract function as index out of range.

Please help.
