Auto save data in web application

Hi,

I have a question in related to auto save data on closing the browser. The data has to be saved automatically. Application is having master page , only few pages have to be saved automatically on close of browser or exiting the page. The forms contains the context pages.. please help me in resolving the above issue.

There is no way of knowing when the browser has closed, the best you can do is use a timer to save the data every few minutes.
