How do I remove filtered data from My ALL level in MDX

HI! I have a cube that has both Canada & US data. I have managed to filter out the Canada data from the Rows but my ALL value (which I still need) includes both Canada & US values. How do I write the MDX qry so that only the US data is in the ALL?

If there is a better way to filter PLEASE let me know. I tried the Filter but couldn't get it to work.
