how to create a smileys button which pop up smileys using C# WPF

I'm creating messenger using C# (window presentation foundation) but i can't understand that how can i add multiple smileys images in single (Content Menu Strip).

The link which i provide it describes that when smiley button pressed it open a (content menu strip) but i don't know how it import images in (content menu strip) in form of row and column

I hope u understand. Please help me thanks in advance :)
