IIS website should not use PROXY server

Hi,

My server configured with Proxy ..

Proxy Regional setting language is Germany.
Server Regional setting is English.

i have deployed m .NET website in IIS in the server. But still my Application take GERMANY.

My IIS website should not use the proxy server.

can you please let me know how we can achieve it.
