Loading a webpage / URL in Email (Specially Gmail & Outlook)

Hello,
I need to link a webpage in every email campaign, It was easy to use IFrame, but ended as many mail provider block it.

How can this be accomplished?

Also do you know if we can automatic invoke/embed a url in PDF file?
