Control not going to Radasynch_fileupload

hello,

When im trying to upload image into RadAsyncUpload. After uploading file to RadAsyncUpload ..the control must go to RadAsyncUpload_Fileupload while executing..but its not going ....can any one tell me the y its not accesing fileupload event after file is uploaded?
