Which would be the best combination of technologies in case if we want to develop a browser based POS or HR system..?.. please advise

That is going to depend greatly on what you already know and your project requirements. There is no "best".

There is no such thing: it will depend on what you know. For example, if I suggest a VB based solution with MVC and JQuery but you only know C# there is going to be rather a steep learning curve.

But a browser based POS system? Why? It's probably one of the silliest ideas I've hear this week...

Looking at this and your other questions, I suspect that either you are a student who doesn't want to think about his homework (in which case you will fail the course when you get to your exams) or someone who has learned a lot of buzzwords and blagged himself a job he knows nothing about (in which case you will be unemployed very soon).
I'd strongly suggest you start trying to think for yourself before it's too late and stop relying on others to do it for you...
