How to go to the concern page on the wpf search box result click?

I have Created the search box using WPF and i am getting some result when i am searching in the search box, but i want to know that how to navigate to the concern page as i click any of the result data from the search box.

Please let me help to come out of this problem.Thank you

You say "the search box" and "the concern page" like we would have any idea what you are talking about. We cannot see your code, your project, your screen or read your mind to know what it is you are talking about.
