How do I structure a simple MVC application with no database?

I'm an MVC newbie. I need to create a very simple 1-page utility application to display a form, enter 5 data items (3 numeric, 2 text) then operate on them and display a result.

After tutorials, online books, etc., I can't seem to hook up the inputs and process and outputs properly. Can you help?

It's no different than if you had a database.

After all that, how do you think we're going to describe everything? In a forum environment you're going to get even LESS information than the books!

Seriously, if you've got problems with the basics, you really need to pickup an actual book, not some online tutorial things.
