how to check distance at the clicked pixel of the image in kinect depth

please help me how can i find distance of object from kinect, as when i click any object in depth image.

AS i have to compare real distance of object(Known distance) and calculated distance from depth image.

first i have to get mouse coordinate and then use those coordinate to find distance of selected object.
