how to extract data from database using visual studio c++ and sqlapi++ library

my concern is to export the Username Inserted by the user to the database,lets say; dbname:abc,login:abcd,password:abcde
and reminder again that i am using SQLAPI for the connection not ODBC or ADO.
can anybody help me with the code to extract data from database and then use it in visual studio c++

Have you got through the documentation[^].

There are some good examples how to connect to the database and execute commands like SELECT queries. For example Executing a select query (and fetching result set)[^]
