Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to bind data to report viewer without using datasource and dataset???ie i have radgrid and i want to display that in reportviewer or i want to directly get data from database...
Im new to reportviewer..so please do help me to solve this problem..

Why don't you want to set datasource? It is how the control works, why work around it?

I'm using utilityhelper its better option for me to write directly rather than using datasource....

It would really have to be some helper for you to ignore the standard way - best practice is to use standard way of doing things for readability, ease of maintenance and easier handling off to new developers.

You'll have to read the documentation on your particular helper and how to use it.

Maybe if you post full namespace of the utility someone might be able to help you. If that is something developed in-house for your needs only, you're out of luck.

Ya but i don't have any idea about that to post something..i just posted so that i can get any idea and work on that ..

You can set the radgrid datasource to report datasource
