please explain because i tried using google api but it support image search using keyword but i need image search by image that is my problem..

You can achieve this by using Google image search API but the bad news is that API is deprecated.

The Google Image Search API has been officially deprecated as of May 26, 2011. It will continue to work as per our deprecation policy, but the number of requests you may make per day may be limited.

But we still have little hope! Google Custom Search which allows image searches. Hope it's helps.
